We’ve concluded our recent round of Crowdfunding and would personally like to say thank you to the investors, collectors and fans who placed their faith in hobbyDB.
All told, we welcomed more than 1,190 investors to hobbyDB, ranging from fellow collectors such as yourself to industry icons, including legendary designer Larry “Mr. Hot Wheels” Wood and PSA CEO Nat Turner. All of which helped us skyrocket past our goal of 50K!
These investments help us to build and develop new features and tools to further enhance the ultimate collecting experience. You can read up on our plans here! Then follow this link where we explain the importance of crowdfunding for our community.
Get Involved with hobbyDB
Did you miss out on this round of crowdfunding, but would still like to get involved?
We’re always looking for passionate collectors to join the hobbyDB Squad. These volunteers are among the lifeblood of the site. They bring their expertise by helping to add items, price points and UPC codes. That’s in addition to curating their favorite subjects and more. The best part? Squad members received exclusive badges to display on their hobbyDB Showcases for their efforts.
Squad members also are the first to learn about new features and often get a chance to offer their opinions and advice regarding new features and tools.
Already a Squad member? Join the discussion and more over at the hobbyDB Squad Facebook page. Learn how you can join the Squad by following this link!
We are always available to answer and questions or concerns. Simply message us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you, again.
