Do you love collecting? Are you as comfortable with a camera in your hands as you are with an action figure?
Here’s your chance to combine those two passions with fellow collectors and photographers, courtesy of the Toy Photography and Collectible Convention.
Toys in Action will play host to its inaugural event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on June 18 at the Saratoga Springs (NY) City Center.
This is a tremendous opportunity for those beginning their journey into the growing world of Toy Photography.
It’s also a great place for seasoned photographers to generate new ideas and load up for their next shoots by strolling a convention floor full of vendors selling toys, figures, dioramas, props and everything you need to get the most out of your images.
There will be opportunities for live toy photography on the floor of the convention as well as Toy community photo spotlights. Also throughout the day of the convention, there will be various educational and fun panels/and workshops! These workshops will be held by some of the guests and industry professionals present at the con.
Among some of the professional Toy Photographers appearing at the event are Jared Middleton (@sirdork730), Trevor Williams (Onesix_shooter), Sean Kenary (@Visual_Approach_Photo) and more!
That’s in addition to guests from the toy industry, such as Hasbro Product Design Director Steve Evans, and Toy Sculptor Paul Harding (Diamond Select, Gentle Giant, etc.).
Complete details are available at Toysinactionconvention.com.
