Find a Collectible Near You! Introducing the hobbyDB Local Directory!

hobbyDB doesn’t just want to be the place for you to find your favorite collectibles online, we also want to help you locate them in real life.

Introducing the hobbyDB Local Directory.

It’s here where you can find nearby collectible stores, museums and events.

Going to be traveling and want to find a new hidden gem? The Local Directory can help with that.

Thanks to our search filters you can hone your search to exactly what you’re looking for.

That means not just searching for shops, museums and events in cities, states and countries, but also by specific subject and item types.

For example, diecast lovers in Colorado can search for “Hot Wheels” in “Denver.” Or a Funko fanatic can filter Pops in their hometown.

The Barbie enthusiast can search upcoming museums and events, such as London’s upcoming Barbie Exhibition in the summer of 2024.

Find a museum for tinplate toys, a car event on the East Coast, the opening hours for the Hard Rock Store in a European airport, Game X Change‘s locations in Kentucky, and much, much more.

What’s to Come

We’re not done there.

Soon you’ll be able to register that you’ll be attending an event or shop and have it linked to your hobbyDB Showcase. Brands and retailers can do the same, and help identify other like-minded collectors also attending.

We’ll also be adding the same Rating system we have built for Database Items. And if you have more suggestions, please let us know in the comments.
