I have been collecting designer toys since 2004 and this is my weekly column. I also have other interests (I am for example the Curator of the Breyer Horses and Warne’s Observer’s Pocket Books and generally am known to add anything cute to my collection).
This week’s Art Toy of the Week is Unicornasaurus by Joe Ledbetter. From Joe’s vast menagerie of creatures comes the Unicornasaurus! Produced by Kidrobot back in 2008, this was a decent sized vinyl figure standing 8″ tall and came in three colourways, yellow, grey and “lava” black.

It’s not too difficult to find these for sale, although the black one was far more limited in number than the grey and yellow. A must have for Ledbetter fans!
