The future of collectibles is here, arriving in the form of…vending machines??
Yes! Vending machines!
Check out the new Youtoozomats, springing up soon in places where collectors gather.
The Youtooz vending machine made its debut Sept. 20-22 at TwitchCon in San Diego to tremendous fanfare.
The machines appear to house 24-36 Youtooz figures, each going for $29.99. And don’t worry, they’re strategically designed to fall safely from the machine to avoid any box damage.
As Youtooz describes them, think of it like youtooz.com IRL.
One was recently spotted at Westfield Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

While the Youtooz vending machine has been in the works for some time, they’re following in the steps of other pioneers.
In fact, it turns out, the idea of collectible vending machines has some history behind it as illustrated in “Silent Salesmen – The Encyclopedia of Collectible Vending Machines.“
Check out these vending machines from Hot Wheels, Lego and Tenacity Toys!
