Charles Sinel has been fascinated about toy soldiers ever since he got the Davy Crockett Marx Playset at the age of 12 yars old. His personal army is now about 10,000 figures strong and he is planning to share some high-lights here on the hobbyDB blog!
About 12 years ago I found these figures at a booth in the famous Brimfield Massachusetts Antique Show. The only figure with any kind of marking is the out of scale figure of Stalin in the colorful uniform. The others are Lenin, ,Brezhnev, Gorbachev, Yeltsin, complete with missing fingers, and the current head honcho , Putin. I have no idea if they are one of a kind homemade or just a very short production run but they are most unusual and quite interesting.
