Pocher rolled out its first 1:8 scale model kit in 1966, a Fiat F2 130HP, and have been cruising ever since. Now, thanks to the new Official Archive, hobbyDB is your one-stop hub for all things Pocher. That includes a special give-away and discount! Details below.
Arnaldo Pocher founded Pocher Micromeccanic in 1951 in Turin, Italy, after stints as a goldsmith engraver and railway modeler.
Pocher quickly became renowned for its complex kits that ranged from Rolls-Royce, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz to Alfa Romeo, Bugatti and many more.
These models pay high attention to detail with a kit containing more than 800 parts, such as die-cast metal, rubber and textiles, as well as premium plastic.
The fully painted die-cast metal is the perfect complement to go along with its functional steering, suspension and spoilers, to doors, hatches and even fuel caps. But below the hood is where the magic happens, courtesy of Pocher’s meticulous promise to re-create even the tiniest of components.
Pocher eventually expanded from 1:8 scale cars to 1:4 scale motorcycles.
